Artist's Comments
As you know (or not) - at age 18, military service is a duty in Israel.
On May 2004 I was recruited, along with many others.
I was trained in a 3 month course, in a base in the desert.
It was a rough time for all us, "spoiled" youngsters.
I shared a room with 5 other girls, and during that time we became very bonded, and emotionaly attached.
During the last couple of weeks I was allowed to bring my camera and took some photos of them.
I'd like to share some of these portraits, maybe start a little series.
